
In case of damage of your gadget, you need to report regarding damage to the company by filing an online claim form available at our official website with complete fulfilment of requirement of the online form.
Claim filing fee (NRs. 99) should be paid by the customer while filing the claim.
Once the online claim form is submitted, customer should visit iDPP Service Center on provided date at the address given below:
• iDPP Service Center: shop no. P301, 2nd floor, People's Plaza, Newroad, KTM.
In case of accident, customer should bring all the broken/ damage parts of the gadget.
For diagnosis or repair the gadget, service center will require minimum time of 3 days.
Authorized technician of iDPP Service Center will diagnose the fault and evaluate the cost of damage and thereafter will send for approval to the company.
Company will evaluate the case and send either partial payment or nonpayment approval according to gravity of the case.
After obtaining the approval from company, service center will repair the gadget wherever repair is possible. In case of non-repairable damage, company shall replace the damaged parts or gadget of the same model. Similar model shall be replaced in case of non-availability of same model.
In case of non-availability of damaged parts in Nepal, service center will require minimum 30 day time frame. However we shall try our best to minimize the turnaround time.
Company will follow up with you to ensure that your device is repair or replaced to your satisfaction.
